Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu is a light hearted romantic urban comedy with western sensibilities. The story revolves around an accidental marriage and its aftermaths between the lead pair; i.e. Rahul Kapoor (Imran Khan) a straitlaced and out-of-job architect, and Riana Braganza (Kareena Kapoor), who is a vivacious, quick witted and a free spirited hairstylist.

We at Yepme.com feel that the fashion in this movie is fresh, and understandably follows a mostly western style. A clean shaven Imran sports the well groomed look. We get to see him in well fitted formal business attire, i.e. neat crisp white shirts, skinny black tie, and classic black suit with oxfords. In other scenes we see him in smart casuals; i.e. white shirt teamed with grey dress pants, military green v neck sweater and a light camel suede blazer, and also in olive green shirt layered with black sweater and grey trouser and a grey blazer. For formal evening wear, there’s a classic black tuxedo with white shirt and maroon bow tie and in the song sequence Aunty Ji, it’s a black blazer jacket worn over a black shirt. The at home attire are  mostly casual track pants worn with shot sleeved  round or v neck tees, single colored or in stripes, in dark green, grey, light violet and once also in a blue shirt with grey stripes .

Kareena looks gorgeous in a short blue dress for the song Aunty Ji and for most of the movie she wears trendy short or long sleeved tees, and layers it with colorful sweaters and neck scarves, almost always teamed with skirts and jeans.
